We ship within the United States. Some states and localities restrict hemp-derived products. We do not ship to any location where our products are prohibited, and if an order cannot legally be delivered we will cancel it and refund it in full.
Shipping options and their cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer is applied automatically and shown in your order total.
Orders are packed and shipped from Colorado, usually within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
All orders must be placed by an adult 21 or older. We may cancel any order we believe was placed by someone under 21.
If your package arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
