Refund Policy

Effective October 2, 2026

We stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right, reach out and we will make it right.

Returns

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to request a refund

• Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
• Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are not refundable.

When you will be refunded

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return, or of approving a damaged-item claim. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible.
